lyrics
Leaning up against a wall
Collar popped to impress
“Have we met? Oh, once before,”
Introduced by an acquaintance
We both spoke but barely listened
Hardly enough to bridge the distance
Exchanged innocence for the intimate
Slurring through the time we had left
No stranger to my room
But you knew I had to leave soon
You wanted to be remembered
I wanted to leave together
You were so much more
Once we closed that door
Everything except affection
It’s a feeling to get used to,
Feeling like I used you
Even though (I know) you once said
“Dance like no one is watching”
You’re a feeling I got used to
Feeling like I used you
I remember you
With a pack of Camel Reds
The way you looked at me
Behind your Polaroid camera lens
Three weeks in a picture frame
Burning the candle at both ends, now
You’re gone, I’m gone, we’ll move along
It’ll take time to sink in
It’s a feeling to get used to,
Feeling like I used you
Even though you once said
“Dance like no one is watching”
You’re a feeling I got used to
Feeling like I used you
Feeling like...
You wish I didn’t have to go
But at least you’ll never know
The feeling I got used to...

impossible to tire of this endlessly brilliant and beautiful album. thanks guys!! can't wait for a reprint of the t-shirts, definitely need one here! bensonbear
Like the previous album, the music's atmosphere is thick, hanging in the air like oppressive humidity, electric guitars busily buzzing away, led by tasteful yet pounding drumwork.
And, just like the last album, despite having music that could easily be droning nonsense, the band decided to be a cut above almost every other band by actually having beautiful, captivating melodies from end to end.
Almost every song is a winner. If you like Air, you'll like this one. Highly recommended. Selrisitai
Bracing post-hardcore meets festival-ready rock on the Tokyo band's sharp new EP, mixed and mastered by Will Yip (Turnstile, Title Fight). Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 8, 2024
Such a dreamy, ethereal and haunting sound. It's shoegaze perfection with the added bonus of great lyrics. This is one album in constant rotation - never falls off. Dartmouth Diva 🌟
